CheckMate 648: Dosing¹

OPDIVO + YERVOY

OPDIVO is administered as IV infusion over 30 minutes, followed by YERVOY, as IV infusion over 30 minutes, on the same day.

Choice of two dosing options: OPDIVO q2w and YERVOY q6w, or OPDIVO q3w and YERVOY q6w.

Patients who discontinued combination therapy because of an adverse reaction attributed YERVOY were permitted to continue with OPDIVO as a single agent.

Treat until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity, or up to 2 years.
