CheckMate 648: Dosing¹

OPDIVO + chemotherapy*

OPDIVO is administered as IV infusion over 30 minutes or subcutaneously over 3 – 5 minutes, followed by fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy on the same day.

Choice of two dosing options: q2w or q4w.

In patients who received OPDIVO in combination with chemotherapy and in whom either fluorouracil and/or cisplatin were discontinued, other components of the treatment regimen were allowed to be continued.

Treat until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity, or up to 2 years.
